  • The WIDOS 2500/ 250 is a handy, mobile plastic welding machine for the use on the building site and in the workshop. It is particularly suitable for sanitary installations and waste pipes, but also a good basis as basic machine for special purposes and customer specific pieces.

    The WIDOS 2500/ 250 has an electrically operated planer, an electronic heating element as well as transport and mounting crate for a safe, clean and protected storage.

    The WIDOS 2500/ 250 feature double basic clamping tools that can be swiveled by 15° on each side. Reducer inserts and pipe supports in prismatic design are also included in the basic configuration. It can be used in a pressure range up to max. 150 daN.

    In addition, the WIDOS 2500 combi is available for combined butt and socket welding for sanitary installations in the workshop including heating spigots and sockets as well as prismatic clamping for the welding sockets. The machine can handle diameters from OD 50 up to OD 160 (butt welding) and OD 20 up to OD 110 (socket welding).

    The heating element is anti-stick coated, has an electronic temperature control, control lamps, an on/off switch and a connection cable with Schuko plug. The heating element is fixed to the basic machine by a holder for being swivelled in and out and can be shifted on the linear guides.

    The planer has a chain drive in closed aluminium housing and an automatic external chip removal. It is equipped with a push button to prevent unintended starting of the planer resp. that must be constantly pressed for planing.

    For the production of fittings or even customer specific special pieces, a horizontal and vertical adjustment for alignment compensation is available.
